Need help picking out the right service package for you and your fountain? Lets discuss

To keep things simple. we’ve broken down our service packages into 3 tiers. Here’s what you get with each package and who we recommend each one for.

 

Silver Tier:

The silver tier is our monthly service package. This package is designed for for home owner who just wants to enjoy their fountain and not have to deal with the normal upkeep and cleaning of the system. Your basic bubblers, 3 tiers systems, small water walls. Whats included? A full system flush. This is a full water drain, scrub down, equipment check, water testing and dosing per requirements. These packages start @ 175/month

Who’s it not designed for? We typically don’t recommend this for any fountain which experiences a lot of direct sunlight, public fountains, or systems which experience a lot of water loss due to splash and don’t have an autofill system installed. That’s what our gold package is designed for.

Gold Tier:

This is our bi-weekly service option and is designed primarily for our commercial clientele and what we call “semi-problematic” systems. Fountains in commercial spaces need an extra touch of care as they reflect upon the companies who have them and have stricter cleanliness requirements. Then there are fountains which aren’t optimized for general care, ie; fountains which get a lot of direct light or don’t have autofill systems installed. These types of fountains typically experience some kind of issue if put on a monthly service schedule, like running out of water between visits, or they turn every shade of green or brown in between visits. These packages start off @400/month

Platinum Tier:

The platinum package is designed for our commercial clients. This is systems that need to look purdy every day of the week 😀 Simple as that.  A top bonus for this service package is that any emergency service visits(ie power outages, leak checks, etc) are 50% off. Which is a great deal when it comes to running large commercial fountains. That being said, anyone who wants their fountain to sparkle like never before, this is also the plan for you 😀 These packages start off @ $800/month
