- What areas do you serve?
- Los Angeles, Orange, and Ventura counties — including the San Fernando Valley, Westside, and Antelope Valley. If you’re just outside that, still send the request; we’ll tell you honestly if we can take it.
- What’s actually in a maintenance plan?
- The visit, the consumables, the foods and treatments your system needs, and a flat monthly or job rate. We write the number before work starts.
- Do you warranty fish and coral?
- Yes. All fish, coral, inverts, and plants are warrantied for 30 days. If they don’t mix well or die for any reason, we remove and/or replace them.
